CERTIFICATE OF UNILATERAL DELETION VESSEL FROM
THE VANUATU INTERNATIONAL REGISTRY

Pursuant to the authority contained in the Maritime Act, Chapter 131 of The Republic of Vanuatu, you are hereby notified that the vessel described above will be unilaterally deleted from the Vanuatu International Shipping Registry as of DECEMBER 11, 2025.

 

A maritime lien will exist against said vessel if there exist recorded mortgages, tonnage taxes, fees, fines, penalties or other accounts outstanding. The vessel will be prohibited from flying the flag of the Republic of Vanuatu and may be subject to arrest or detention by any competent authority for doing so.  A cancellation certificate will not be issued until any and all taxes, fees, fines, penalties or other outstanding accounts have been duly satisfied.

 

Annual fees and tonnage taxes outstanding, other fees, fines, and penalties, where imposed, will continue to accrue, and the owner will be responsible for all incidental expenses charged to the vessel during its suspension. This suspension does not relieve the owner from maintaining the vessel safe and seaworthy, and in compliance with all applicable International Conventions and the Vanuatu Maritime Act Cap. 131, as amended and Vanuatu Maritime Regulations.
