Pursuant to the authority contained in the Maritime Act, Chapter 131 of The Republic of Vanuatu, you are hereby notified that the vessel described above is unilaterally deleted from the Vanuatu International Shipping Registry as of FEBRUARY 25, 2026.
A maritime lien exists against said vessel as a First Preferred Mortgage: Recorded in Book PM 46 at Page 72 on NOVEMBER 11, 2025 at 9:50 A.M., E.S.T. at the port of New York, New York, USA.
Upon deletion, the vessel shall be prohibited from flying the flag of the Republic of Vanuatu. Any unauthorized use of the flag may subject the vessel to arrest or detention by any competent authority for doing so.
All outstanding annual fees, tonnage taxes, and any other applicable charges, fines, or penalties shall continue to accrue. The owner remains fully responsible for payment of all incidental expenses charged to the vessel in conncection with its cancellation.
