Warrant

This Warrant is presented to AHMED MOHAMED RABIE ABORAZA whose photograph and signature are shown below, a Vanuatu Inspector appointed in accordance with The Maritime Act, Cap 131, as evidence that AHMED MOHAMED RABIE ABORAZA may, as authorized by the Assistant Commissioner of Maritime Affairs conduct Vanuatu Annual Safety Inspections (“ASI”); liaison with Port State Control and owners concerning inspections; preregistration General Condition Surveys (“GCS”); Marine Casualty Investigations; surveys for annual verification of a vessel’s condition relative to the Certificate of Inspection issued to non-convention Vanuatu vessels or other Vanuatu vessels as from time to time be authorized by the Safety Department of Vanuatu Maritime Administration.

This Warrant should be presented to any competent authority of any Government and/or any company representative as proof of AHMED MOHAMED RABIE ABORAZA’s appointment as a Vanuatu Representative and Inspector.

This warrant is valid until 29 September 2027.

Issued in accordance with the authority provided by The Maritime Regulations under The Maritime Act, Cap 131, and Section 33.
